I-Fit Single Ferrule Tube Fittings

The I-Fit tube fitting has been developed to simplify and replace conventional double ferrule tube fittings. It consists of only 2 parts, body and an integrated nut and ferrule. It simplifies the handing and installation process and avoids loss of back ferrule and misdirection for the ferrules.

TUBE FITTINGS FOR PLASTIC TUBE (EP-FIT)

Fitting developed for plastic tube connections.
It has only 2 items components, the main body and the nut (with a built-in ferrule). Nut tightening is complete by simply a full turning of the nut until contact with the body. Connection with plastic tube can be achieved easily and securely. No cutting or damage to the tubing can occur.

TUBE FITTINGS FOR VINYL HOSE (E1-TOUCH)

Fitting developed for soft vinyl chloride hoses.
It consists of nut, sleeve, o-ring, insert and main body. The design retains the vinyl hose by utilizing an insert inside the hose that locks down with the sleeve through the nut. It can disassembled and reassembled repeatedly. Can be changed from hard to soft piping and has enhanced reliability against water leakage and secure hose connection.

METRIC & SCHEDULE PIPE TUBE FITTINGS

Ihara Science tube fittings with metric dimensions provide a leak-tight seal in an easy install, disassemble, and reassemble procedure. The two-ferrule tube fitting design is resistant to vibration fatigue and withstands high pressures and temperature extremes.

NPT Threaded Fittings

Ihara Science manufactures nominal pipe threaded fittings with a burr-free internal surfaces and smooth thread flanks and are manufactured to provide sealing, minimize galling, and provide tight-fitting installations.

Weldless Fittings (e-fit)

Mechanical pipe fitting (sizes 15A to 50A) designed to substitute welded stainless steel connections. Consist of nut, back ferrule, retainer, o-ring and body. Reduces labor cost of welding, reduces flow resistance for better performance, enables piping change (reassembly) for better maintenance, simple and quick assembly, ideal for areas the prohibit open flames (welding) on site.

Quick Connect Couplers

A stainless-steel one-touch connecting joint enabling quick and easy connection/detachment of fluid pipes for air, water, gas and so on.
