Clamp Type Metal Gasket Seal Fittings (NTFF)

An innovative clamp type metal gasket seal fitting that solves problems caused by conventional metal gasket/nut fittings. A new product replacing the VTF (VCR) fitting, which has been used for 20 years for high-purity gas for semi conductors. It has solved conventional problems such as twisting in piping construction and practices in thread fastening, by applying the clamping method.

I-Fit Single Ferrule Tube Fittings

The I-Fit tube fitting has been developed to simplify and replace conventional double ferrule tube fittings. It consists of only 2 parts, body and an integrated nut and ferrule. It simplifies the handing and installation process and avoids loss of back ferrule and misdirection for the ferrules.

TUBE FITTINGS FOR VINYL HOSE (E1-TOUCH)

Fitting developed for soft vinyl chloride hoses.
It consists of nut, sleeve, o-ring, insert and main body. The design retains the vinyl hose by utilizing an insert inside the hose that locks down with the sleeve through the nut. It can disassembled and reassembled repeatedly. Can be changed from hard to soft piping and has enhanced reliability against water leakage and secure hose connection.

TUBE FITTINGS FOR PLASTIC TUBE (EP-FIT)

Fitting developed for plastic tube connections.
It has only 2 items components, the main body and the nut (with a built-in ferrule). Nut tightening is complete by simply a full turning of the nut until contact with the body. Connection with plastic tube can be achieved easily and securely. No cutting or damage to the tubing can occur.

Bite Type Tube Fittings – CE & NE Series

NE & CE:
Weld-less high-pressure fitting for hydraulic application. This fitting eliminates the need for threading, welding, flaring, or brazing, and supports tube bending.

CE Series Bite Type:
CE Tube Fittings have been developed as fittings for use in hydraulic applications with pressure up to 13.7 MPa such as machine tools. Being more compact in size than conventional NE fittings and possessing substantially improved vibration resistance and leak prevention. The CE fitting can be used not only for hydraulic equipment but also for lubrication piping and air piping. For applications where pressure above 13.7 MPa is required, the NE Series Bite Type Tube Fittings are available.

ISO Soft Seal Fittings
